JESSICA & SIMON
WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY AT BARMBYFIELD BARNS
I have no words to describe how much I enjoyed spending time with these two beautiful people. Their day was incredible!!!
Jessica & Simon got hitched at the stunning Barmbyfield Barns. I absolutely love this place, it has such a romantic yet laid back and fun feel to the place. The ideal place for the perfect couple.
The morning began at Eastfield Farm cottages about 10 minutes away from the venue. I was lucky enough to work with the very talented Izzy Gordon makeup and the wonderful Megan from Hair by Megan Boyne. #dreamteam
We had a fab morning drinking bubbly and having lot’s of random conversations – the best way to spend a Saturday morning.
The ceremony at Barmbyfield Barns
I headed to Barmbyfield barns to see Simon and his men prepare for the ceremony. Firstly a quick swig from his whisky flask, Simon was more than ready to make Jessica his wife.
The moment Simon saw Jessica his emotions got the better of him and a few tears were shed, I don’t blame him, she looked stunning.
It was such a beautiful, short and sweet ceremony.
After that there was loads of confetti, some beers and a good catchup with their guests before they were called in for speeches and grub.
The meal & speeches
Barmbyfield Barns decide to play a little prank on the caterer Karen from Tastes Devine and switched one of the aprons out for less tasteful uniform which was hilarious.
Whilst we’re on the subject of food, Taste Devine provided some seriously delicious grub, and I was lucky enough to join in with the guests and enjoy it all – perks of the job!!!
During the speeches it was clear to see how close they were to their family. Plenty of laughs, a few emotional words and lots of embarrassing moments for Simon.
The first dance and party time
More drinks and more laughs and it was time for the first dance. The band Monotones got everyone in the party mood and there were some serious dance moves going on.
It was almost the end of the night and time for me to leave these two love birds to enjoy the final hour celebrating with their loved ones.
An unbelievable day.
Jessica & Simon, thank you so much for letting me tag along.
